Martine Cantrel has 28 years of experience as a program manager, consultant and business owner, and 20 years as a Learning Tree instructor. She holds a degree in International Business and teaches the PMP and PMI-ACP certifications in addition to courses in the leadership curriculum.



Because of the variety of projects, she has managed, her international exposure, and her ability to speak four languages, she brings a colorful palette of examples to her classes that illustrate project management concepts and help learners grasp and retrain the related theories.



As part of an international engineering team, she evaluated project feasibility and managed the implementation of an import/export logistics platform for Alcatel and managed projects for the construction of waste-to-energy conversion plants for Babcock/CNIM. She has also worked pro bono for humanitarian organizations managing projects targeted at educating street children.



Upon moving to the United States 20 years ago, she has provided training, coaching, and instructional design to senior leadership and corporate teams within the Federal Government, U.S. Military, NATO, and Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. She helps organizations in their digital transformation and migration to the cloud.



Martine is the producer of the TV show Skills for the 21st Century. She is also a certified Digital Studio Technical Director. She writes screenplays for project management and leadership interactive training videos. She likes to emphasize that by keeping up with current technologies and trends and always updating her skills, you can trust her to deliver maximum value for your training investment.
